Patient Participation Group

The patient participation group (PPG) meets every 3 months for 1 hour on a Tuesday evening to discuss how the practice is meeting the needs of its patients.  Our Chair is Michael Cruise  and our Vice Chair/Secretary is Li San Tang.  Our group is well represented by male and female members and has an age range from 18-80 including occupations from student, employed, housewife and retired.

The PPG can be contacted via email on hazelvalley.ppg@nhs.net or suggestions can be left in the suggestions box at reception.

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
